Effectus Sustainability Policy

Effectus is committed to promoting and adopting sustainable business practices to ensure our organisation provides a positive environment for our employees as well as making a positive contribution to the wider community and environment.

To achieve this outcome we will:

• Actively promote and champion the adoption of sustainable IT practices through our ICT sustainability consulting services
• Develop and continuously improve the application of sustainable business practices within our own organisation
• Encourage our employees to drive improvement in waste minimisation and responsible resource utilisation through appropriate training and internal improvement initiatives
• Seek to build relationships with likeminded organisations to leverage opportunities to improve sustainable business practices
• Actively monitor our environmental impact and provide the required resources to reduce our impacts over time
• Encourage staff to participate in activities which make a contribution to our wider community
• Adhere to our key organisational value of integrity through demonstrating high standards of ethical behaviour
