Effectus Celebrated being in business for 10 years at a function held in the EPIC Building on the 1st of September. Owner and founder, Colin Andersen spoke of the journey which included surviving through the Christchurch Earthquakes moving offices 6 times until finally moving into the EPIC building.
As co-founder of EPIC, Colin spoke of the challenges this project presented while still growing Effectus and gave credit to the effort put in by Wil McLellan the other EPIC co- founder. The EPIC building has provided Christchurch with a venue for Technology companies to locate as well as a hub used for meetings and functions.
Colin attributed a large part of Effectus’ success to clients who have supported and remained loyal over the years. He stated that these key clients have constantly challenged Effectus to help them improve their IT Maturity and align IT with business strategy. He stated that as well as a continuing focus on IT Governance, a key focus area for Effectus in 2017 has been helping our clients use IT innovate to drive a better experiences for their customers.
