Phil is a Project Manager with 10 years’ work experience at the University of Otago before joining Effectus in 2015. He has managed corporate ERP implementations, software upgrades, software development and business process changes. He led a team of Business Analysts post ERP implementation helping establish processes and procedures during roll-out, and the on-going development of the system and office protocols.
Since joining Effectus, Phil has worked across a number of industries, with Project Management and Consulting assignments, from Tertiary Education & Local Government to Finance & Medical Industries. He has a pragmatic and holistic approach to projects and enjoys working with clients to solve problems and deliver value.

Phil loves solving problems and enabling clients to work with technology. Phil is a qualified Project Manager and an active member of the Dunedin PMI New Zealand Group. He enjoys getting out for a run or cycle whenever he can, is an enthusiastically amateur joiner and enjoys spending time with his young-ish family.
